Challenge
When transitioning into a new field, many applicants to not feel comfortable answering the questions about their achievement in a new field and often do not share with the hiring team the full extent of what they have accomplished.
Solution
The video outlines the the four steps through which the applicant can use to answer interview questions to help them stand out from the other applicants. Each step is clearly explained and supported by visual aids to improve audience retention.
Results
The expected outcome is for transitioning instructional designers to utilize the SOAR method during an interview to help them land the job!
